Directions & Useful Information about the SENTIDO Tucan
The hotel is approximately 50 minutes from the airport if travelling independently where you will reach the resort of Cala d’Or which is laced with stylish shops, bars and restaurants. The beaches are secluded and filled with coves that you will love to explore as well as sunbathing on the white sands next to the clear blue waters of the sea.
If you are more tempted by the historical sites, the picturesque city of Palma is about a 50 minute drive away and here you will find one of Europe’s impressive cathedrals that is overwhelming in size. The town is filled with cobbled lanes which are filled with little tapas bars and shops.
If you go to Majorca in June you can see the annual international jazz festival in Cala d’Or. It is all free to observe and you can expect bands to pop up in the streets playing jazz as you’re sitting in a bar sipping a glass of sangria.
Going towards the resort of Port Cristo you can visit the Jumaica Tropical Park where you can explore the flower filled gardens, looks out for the vast tropical birds they have and you can even have a go at banana picking.
